Monarch was proud to be a sponsor of the Lord Somers Very Special Kids Family Day held last month on 17 April 2021. After a long and quiet year, this biannual event was back and better than ever!
Very Special Kids cares for children with life-threatening conditions by providing a children’s hospice and professional family support services. They help around 850 families across Victoria with ongoing support from diagnosis all the way through to bereavement and beyond
The 11 families that attended this special event was able to enjoy a day filled with fun activities, talent shows and games. Kids were singing, dancing and even put on a stand up comedy act providing laughs all around.
It was a joy to see everyone enjoying themselves and bringing their own creative flair to painting the mural that monarch had supplied and sponsored.
