High Density Foam by Monarch is made from premium seamless foam. This specialty material is designed to hold the perfect amount of paint to apply a thinner coat on smooth surfaces. Ideally used with oil-based paint or enamels, to achieve a high gloss, streak-free finish that will not leave imperfections on the surface.
